Biography
Sponsored by M-Audio, FutureRetro, and MegaSeg DJ Software, the guys take their musical weaponry on the road playing shows across the Midwestern United States, and releasing music worldwide. The band has multiple releases on Myx Records and NSoul, compilation tracks on Flaming Fish Records, and has worked with Volition on tracks for the PS2 game Summoner. Their music is available in iTunes, CD Baby, and SoundLoud. Highlight performances include 6 years at the Cornerstone festival with artists such as Stryke and Andy Hunter, the Autobahn Festival with Venus Hum, Joy Electric and The Echoing Green, and many others. The band recently appeared at Ichthus Festival and once again attracted a mixed crowed consisting of fans across all musical genres. As an added dimension, live drums were a part of the show thanks to Sheltershed’s newest member Shane Yoho. Sheltershed recently released their 10th project called Alternative Energy. In addition to the Sheltershed ministry, the members have full time careers, families and interests.
Rob Tippey - Rob is the lead pastor of Level 13 Church in Fort Wayne, IN. Rob received his masters in church ministry from IWU in 1998. His call and passion is following Jesus and communicating that to the church.
Craig White - Craig is a child and adolescent theripist. He offers clinical services to troubled youth and their families in his community. He also serves on a leadership team for College Wesleyan Church where his wife and two sons also attend.
Shane Yoho - Songwriter/Instrumentalist who's love of electronica took root in the early soundscapes of Vangelis. Through the diverse sounds of Depeche Mode and branching into Industrial, Drum & Bass, and GOA. His journey of musical influences always had keyboards and drums as the common denominator drawing him into rhythms and soundscapes.
